Dopamine Beta Hydroxylase (DBH)
Studying the monoaminergic system has been of great interest and importance since dopamine, noradrenaline and adrenaline are the neurotransmitters involved in multiple physiological and pathophysiological conditions. DBH is the enzyme responsible for the biosynthetic hydroxylation of dopamine to noradrenaline.

Lyophilized antibody can be kept at 4ºC for up to 3 months and should be kept at -20ºC for long-term storage. To avoid freeze-thaw cycles, reconstituted antibody should be aliquoted before freezing for short-term storage (-20ºC) or for long-term storage (-80ºC). For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

If reconstituted in 100 µL: IHC / ICC 1:1000. Optimal dilution has to be determined by the user.
